This double strength formula contains the herbs Ginkgo, Cayenne, Tansy, Dandelion, Hawthorn Berries which help to lower cholesterol levels. It is advisable to reduce the amount of saturated fats in the diet and reduce weight. Avoid animal fats and dairy products. Eat white fish, lean meat, chicken, skimmed milk, nuts except cashew, raw green vegetables and salads. No more than 3 eggs per week. Eat artichokes and drink dandelion coffee or tea.
