Returns Policy
At the Natural Health Centre, we pride ourselves on providing only the very best health products. We aim to ensure 100% customer satisfaction! Even though the Natural Health Centre endeavors to ensure that your products are packed and delivered to you in a good condition and all products are checked for quality prior to delivery, it may become damaged during delivery. If you receive any product which is damaged, contact us within 24 hours of receiving your goods and provide us with photo evidence so we can investigate. If the Natural Health Centre assesses the damage and at its discretion agrees to replace the product, you may at your own cost return the damaged product to the address noted in these Terms. The Natural Health Centre will replace the product as soon as practicable. You accept that the Natural Health Centre will not refund any opened or used products. In instances where you have not received all the products listed on your order, the Natural Health Centre will arrange delivery of your Missing Product as soon as practicable. In the case the Missing Product is sold out or otherwise unavailable, the Natural Health Centre will endeavour to provide you with an alternative product which may or may not be similar or of equal value.
In cases where you may receive the wrong product, we may ask you to return the product to our store and the Natural Health Centre will cover any shipping costs that have been incurred. If you are shipped the wrong item please make sure that you don’t open it or damage the packaging in any way, failure to do this will result in a rejection of your return

Order Cancellations
You must review your order carefully before placing it. Once an order is confirmed and paid for, the Natural Health Centre will not provide a refund unless the Natural Health Centre is unable to fulfill your order. The Natural Health Centre reserves the right to cancel or modify an order at any time due to suspicion of fraud, supply issues, shipping delays or a product becoming unavailable.
